"Widows Paradise"

Brought to you as a follow-up from last years very successful "Wake In The West". The Clonmore Players are back with a bang to delight you with "Widows paradise". Be prepared for the unexpected from this bunch of very talented actors and actresses. Director Gerry Cunningham.

Set in the early nineteen sixties, the action of the play takes place in a caravan in the country.

Widower Harry Bradshaw, his friend Ernie and son Alan are enjoying a quiet fishing break at their caravan, when their peace is shattered by the arrival of five women
who are on an "Getaway from Men" holiday weekend.

Add to all of this, the long estranged husband of one of the women and a widowed farmer and the action flows along relentlessly creating a great Sam Cree Irish Comedy complete with some unexpected romantic developments.

If you enjoyed "Wake in The West", you're gonna love "Widows Paradise".
