Dear Friends of Clonmore, To give you a small update on progress of the project - I am currently concentrating on the research of the Sacred Heart Chapel which involves the sifting through of parish records to record the births, deaths and marriages in Clonmore since the early 1820s. People are continuing to provide photographs and other materials to be scanned and included in the book, DVD and exhibition. I would really like to see all the family names in Clonmore represented in the project - so if anyone wishes to provide additional materials and photographs - please contact me as soon as possible and I can arrange collection or to scan the items in your own home. May sees an exciting phase for the Robert Emmet GFC club and I will concentrate on this area of the project during that month as I know there will be old familiar faces appearing to see the new phase of development officially opened. I have scheduled the main bulk of interviews to take place during the weeks of the 12th to the 26th of April - I am aiming to have at least 7 representatives interviewed on each of the three areas - but would be delighted if this was more. You will see the scheduling form attached and I would hope these could be returned by the 1st of April to allow co-ordination with the videographer. Additional arrangements can be made if this period doesn't suit individuals. I am planning another catch up event and details of this will follow soon. I look forward to further submissions and to responses for interview schedules, Kind regards Roisin McAliskey Project Co-ordinator
