The deadline for receipt of information by way of statements, photos and other materials relating to the Sacred Heart Chapel, Clonmore Robert Emmets GFC and Clintyclay Primary School is drawing near. All contributions should be given to Project Co-ordinator before Friday 20th of August as the long process of formatting and editing information begins.

Materials received after this date may not be included in the project publications. If you have not already done so and wish to contribute a memory statement - please download the attached form and forward to or post to 172 Clonmore Rd, Dungannon, Co Tyrone BT71 6HX.

A range of celebration events for the project will be held on the first weekend of November (details to be confirmed) - anyone wishing to volunteer to become involved in the event or indeed to volunteer to assist in any way are very welcome.

A number of visits to the press archive library in Armagh will be arranged in September for any volunteers who would like to view newspaper materials through the years relating to Clonmore - please contact Roisin on 07746 727242 if you are interested in this.

The final project coffee morning will be held on Sunday 12th of September at 11.30am in the new clubrooms - everyone is welcome.
