Attached you will find a file. It explains what the fundraiser is and how your club can fundraise on top of the event to raise some needed cash  for your club.  We have also involved Action MS who are the beneficiary charity for this event - a very worthwhile cause that does some excellent work within our communities.

For the world record to be broken we need 1,987+ participants - our aim is to have over 2,000 people taking part. As the letter explains the event is open to all physical abilities and all ages from 10+.  During the forthcoming week someone from our club will be in touch with you to answer any questions you may have.

The letter explains everything and we are sure that you will agree that this is a very innovative fundraiser that can help a lot of clubs, our county boards and Action MS.

We are inviting clubs from all sports to take part and we anticipate that running slots will be filled up very quickly.  We ask that you forward this email to the relevant fundraising committee personnel within your club for their perusal.  We also provide all the sponsorship forms with your club crest and name on them - simply send them to us and we will update the relevant sheet accordingly.
