Clonmore prepare to enter unchartered waters this Sunday as they enter the Ulster Junior Championship against Donegal champions Convoy at Crossmaglen.
Not much is know of the Convoy side but Clonmore will no doubt be looking to play to their own strengths and give a good account of themselves. The Club would ask that as many people as possible from the area travel to show their support the team. Throw in is at 12.45 in Crossmaglen.
Tickets for the Clubs Annual Dinner are now available from committee members. Tickets are expected to sell out within a short time, so it will be a case of first come, first served. The dinner will be held in The Glenavon, Nov 25th.
Clonmore recently added another piece of silverware to the cabinet when they collected the Cathal McCann Cup in the annual fixture with Annaghmore.
An EGM must be held this year in preparation for the AGM it is hoped this will take place within the next 2 weeks. Date will be confirmed as soon as possible. All members need to attend, especially those wishing to hold committee positions in the incoming year.
The clubs website is undergoing some changes. We are changing to an umbrella site of ‘www.clonmore.com’ and hope to incorporate several community related sites eg CRG, GFC, Choir, etc. You will find a link on the current site.
CRG held a Hallow’een party in the hall last Sunday with a huge firework display. The event was a full house with many in fancy dress, well done and thanks to all who turned out.
