Clonmore headed to Granemore last Friday, a wet evening which didn't make it pleasant for players or spectators.
Clonmore fielded an understrength team and it was a deficit which the opponents mercilessly punished. Two points in each half by Brendan Donaghy and James Grimley was the tally for Clonmore. Clonmore did rally in stages but too many errors were seized upon by a stronger Granemore team, and the scoreline tells its own tale.
Granemore 0-19 Clonmore 0-4
