Clonmore lost to Collegeland away last weekend, again we were down three players, never the less we played below par.  This week's fixture is home to Lissummon on Friday at 7.30. Sunday An Port Mor v Clonmore 2pm. Clonmore Naomh Labhaoise played Phelim Bradys at Robert Emmet Park this week in the U16 league. This proved to be a very exciting match with two very evenly placed teams, playing a good standard of controlled football over the hour. It ended up unfortunately for a one point defeat for the Clonmore girls,2.10-2.11,and could so easily finished as a draw only for some great defending by the opposition.
Overall another sound performance from the local ladies and they are progressing well in this league with a very much underage team at this age group. Next few Matches are Clann Eireann away and Armagh Harps at Home. Coaching continues on Mondays and Thursdays with great turnouts. Well done to all the girls and their Parents for the great response to the Guess the score fundraiser.Winners will be announced on website as soon as possible.
